Welcome to Curoqo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services related to the creation of complete Mesh WiFi networks for multi-story homes, including optimal router placement and configuration. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing and using the Curoqo website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Curoqo. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service requests or consultations.
Curoqo specializes in the design, installation, and optimization of Mesh WiFi networks for residential properties, particularly multi-story homes. Our services include:
While Curoqo strives to provide optimal WiFi coverage solutions, certain limitations apply:
WiFi signal strength and coverage can be affected by various factors including but not limited to building materials, wall thickness, interference from other electronic devices, and architectural features. Curoqo cannot guarantee absolute coverage in all areas of a property.
The performance of mesh WiFi systems depends on the quality and specifications of the equipment used. Curoqo provides recommendations based on industry best practices, but actual performance may vary based on environmental factors and usage patterns.
Our services optimize the distribution of your existing internet connection. The overall internet speed and reliability depend on your Internet Service Provider (ISP), and Curoqo is not responsible for ISP-related issues.
As a client of Curoqo, you agree to:
All prices for services are quoted in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on property size, complexity of installation, and equipment requirements.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Typically, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion of installation and client satisfaction verification.
Clients are responsible for the cost of mesh WiFi equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and requires client approval before proceeding.
Clients must provide Curoqo technicians with safe and unobstructed access to all areas where equipment will be installed. This includes all three floors of the property and any areas where network cabling or power outlets are located. Clients should ensure that pets are secured and that valuable or fragile items are protected during installation.
Note: Installation appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Curoqo warrants that all installation and configuration services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If any defects in our workmanship are discovered within 90 days of installation, we will correct them at no additional charge.
Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Curoqo will assist clients in processing warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms or fulfillment.
Curoqo provides technical support for installed systems. Support terms, including response times and coverage periods, will be specified in individual service agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curoqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All network designs, configurations, documentation, and other materials created by Curoqo remain the intellectual property of Curoqo. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the operation of their installed network system.
Curoqo is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and European Union data protection laws, including GDPR. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and Conditions and fails to remedy such breach within 14 days of receiving written notice. Curoqo reserves the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion.
Curoqo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
Curoqo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or failures of third-party services or suppliers.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any written service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Curoqo regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
